What are your opening hours?
7am – 5pm (Monday – Friday), Saturday by appointment.
End Of Lease Clean (EOLC) = 7am – 5pm (out of hours by prior arrangement)

What areas do you service?
Port Macquarie, Wauchope Laurieton & everywhere in between.
Do you require a deposit for booking a service?
EOLC $100/prepaid options are available (We guarantee our quality of service).
We make a courtesy call/text to confirm the day prior to service.
How do I pay for my service?
Cash, Tap n Go or pre-paid options available (improved rates for regular weekly/fortnightly clients available).
Does your company invoice out?
Yes (7 day private – 14 day company/small business invoicing available).
Yes, Veteran recipients of DVA or Government Pension, also for regular weekly/fortnightly clients.
Do I have to be home during the service?
It’s not necessary if there are no issues with access or animals, and clear verification of service expectations.
What if I am not happy with my service?
Notify us within 24 hours to voice your concerns/complaints. All reasonable concerns/complaints will be assessed and acted upon accordingly. We will always endeavour to keep our client happy to foster a harmonious service.
How can I cancel my service?
Via phone. We prefer at least 24hours.
What happens if damage is caused during the service?
We go to Xtreme to minimise any damage. Potential risks will be identified prior to commencement of any service, for example, Home – age of components, weathering, general condition and Previous damage. Yard - Cleaning of debris from lawns, checking for power and water lines.
Do the cleaners have police checks?
Yes, all cleaners have a police check.
Do you work on the weekend?
Yes, by appointment, however, don’t hesitate to call.

What will my cleaner bring to the service?
We supply al required equipment and cleaning products, however at client request their equipment can be used.
Can I give the cleaner a key?
How many people will come to clean my house?
Depends on the level of service required, generally 1 x cleaner for private cleaning, unless extensive cleaning is required. Up to 3 x cleaners for EOLC.
Will I get the same cleaner each service?
Is window cleaning interior and exterior?
Yes, if requested. Pricing based on ease of access, for example single or double story, Furniture interference and window type.
Do you clean under furniture?
What's included in an end of lease clean?
Ceiling to floor. Enquire for specifics. At risk items, such as aged fixtures, fly screens, blinds will be discussed with client (We do not clean curtains or conduct furniture removal).

Is there a minimum call out?
Can you bring soil, manures and mulch?
Yes, depending on quantity required, a delivery fee may apply.
What is included in a garden service?
Garden service only, mowing and edges not included)
Garden: weeding, mulching, minor trimming, and general tidy, client green waste bin utilised first.
eXtreme garden: weeding, soil aeration fertiliser, mulching, planting (Plants extra, unless transplanting), trimming, green waste removal.

What is NOT included in a garden service?
Depends on partial or Extreme service.
Do you take away green waste?
Yes, disposal fees may apply depending on amount.
Can weather affect my appointment?
Yes, to maintain safety and quality assurance, and to minimise damage to lawns and gardens. We will work in light rain. Service will be suspended in extreme weather conditions, and recommenced upon agreement of another time/date, we will always communicate with you.
